Answer: Yes I do believe that the health organizations have might caught the swine flu outbreak because its their job to be able help prevent this cure from getting out there. I think that no one should be able to travel to Mexico or people from there travel to United States because you never know if it had got worse down in Mexico.

What I think that we can celebrate that is unique to me is Puerto Rican's because that's what I am and how their food is good as well as beverage also another thing is that, how their music is popualr towards this country.
